Virginia Louise Jennings of Cottage Grove, died on May 16 at the age of 88. She was born on August 16, 1926 in Dansville, NY to William and Mabel Thomson Trader. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Simmons College in Boston, MA. She worked in Civil Service as a secretary and stenographer for the U.S. Armed Forces in the U.S., Guam, Japan, and North Africa. She married Kenneth Howard Jennings on April 3, 1969 in Las Vegas, NV. Ginny was an avid reader, and enjoyed solving jumbles and crossword puzzles. She loved being outside, taking walks, and picking fresh fruit from her own trees. She is survived by stepson, Kent Jennings and his wife, Sharon of Hemet, CA; and stepdaughter, Sydney Jennings of Puerto Penasco, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Howard Jennings.
