William "Billy" Norris, age 80, died Saturday, May 5, 2012, at his home. He was born on September 25, 1931, to the late Dick and Carrie Cummins Norris.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Ann Tatman Norris, whom he married July 30, 1955.He was preceded in death by: three brothers, Marion Norris, Jack Norris and Eldon Norris; and one sister, Deana Jones.

Janet Lee Norris Bishop, 56, of Brooksville passed away Thursday December 4, 2014 at Kenton Pointe Care Center.
She was born on June 18, 1958 to the late William “Billy” Albert and Phyllis Ann Tatman Norris, a homemaker, and a member of New Zion Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held Monday, December 8, 2014 at Moore & Parker Funeral Home, Brooksville.
Interment took place at Downard Cemetery.
Wife:
Phyllis Ann Tatman Norris, 63, of Brooksville, died at 9:55 p.m. Friday at Fort Thomas. She was a homemaker and a member of Berlin Baptist Church, Brooksville.
Survivors include her husband, sons, daughters, a brother, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Moore and Parker Funeral Home, Brooksville. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bracken Memorial Cemetery, Brooksville.
