Richard Vincent Kirschner Jr, 47, of Kylie, TX has been identified as one of nine men killed Sunday during a shootout between rival motorcycle clubs and police at a Waco, Texas restaurant.

The eight others were:
Daniel Raymond Boyett, 44, of Waco TX
Wayne Lee Campbell, 43, of Arlington TX
Matthew Mark Smith, 27, of Keller TX
Charles Wayne Russell, 46, of Tyler TX
Jacob Lee Rhyne, 39, of Ranger TX
Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, of New Braunfels, TX
Richard Matthew Jordan II, 31, of Pasadena, TX
Manuel Isaac Rodriguez, 40, of Allen TX

Richard V. Kirschner Jr, Rick as his family knew him or Bear as his friends knew him, will be dearly missed. Rick was born in Georgetown, OH on March 23, 1968.

Rick worked many different jobs, but it could never be said that was afraid to get down to business and good a job done. Rick enjoyed getting to ride alongside his brothers and the many memories they share. Rick enjoyed playing darts with his club and was even in a tournament recently, in which he was a winner. Rick also enjoyed playing around the billiards table and, in hes younger years, enjoyed a good round of golf.

Rick passed away before his time on Sunday, May 17, 2015.Rick leaves behind his wife Ashley Kirschner, his sister Tabitha Kirschner, and sister Alisha Kirschner.

Rick's legacy will live on through his children: Kristin Ashley Amanda Smith, Kristofer Vincent Kirschner, Korey Richard Kirschner, Kyra Alexa Kirschner, Justin Alexander Kirschner, and his grandson, Lennox Daniel Smith. Richard also goes on before his father Rick Kirschner Sr. and his grandmother Edna Kirschner.

There will be a visitation held at the Ted Dickey Funeral Home on May 23, 2015 from 12 PM to 2 PM. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 2 PM.
