Jackie was born in Danville to Jack and Roberta (Townsend) Powell. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Kevin Lee Powell.
She is survived by her brothers, Clifford Powell and Todd Powell; five nieces and nephews and nine great-nieces and great-nephews.
