Larry Ray Logsdon, age 66, of St. Patrick, MO, died Thursday, June 9, 2005 at his home.He was born October 4, 1938 in Keokuk, IA, a son of Raymond and Laveta Ryan Logsdon.He married Anna Uhlmeyer on June 6, 1959 at the Shrine of St. Patrick.Survivors include: his wife, Anna L. Logsdon of St. Patrick, MO; four sons: Kent Logsdon and his wife, Tammy, of Canton, MO, Jeff Logsdon and his wife, Robin, of Kahoka, MO, Lynn Logsdon and his wife, Kelly, of Kahoka, MO and Larry Earl Logsdon and his wife, Rebecca, of Sunnyvale, CA; two daughters, Kim Meinhardt and her husband, Larry, of Kahoka, MO, and Cindy Pearl and her husband, Greg, of Canton, MO; one sister, Laveta Pearl Ellison and her husband, Bill of Kahoka, MO; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Kenneth and Rovene Uhlmeyer of Canton, MO; Maxine and Junior Nichols of Canton, MO; Ervin and Nancy Uhlmeyer of Alexandria, MO; Dorothy Knickrehm of Walcott, IA and Alma and Sam Wiskirchn of Eldon, MO; as well as 13 grandchildren; one greatgrandchild;as well as nieces, nephews and other relatives.He was preceded in death by his parents.Larry graduated from St. Patrick High School. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving from 1957 until 1959. He had farmed and raised hogs near St. Patrick as long as his health permitted. He was also a member of the Shrine of St. Patrick and Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, watching TV and listening to country music. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, June 13, 2005 at 10 a.m. at the Shrine of St. Patrick with Father Paul Hartley officiating. Burial and military rites will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery.
