Susan Lynn Maxwell died on Oct. 17, 2009, to be with her family at the age of 58 years. Born April 27, 1951, in Vancouver, WA. She was the 4th child of 5 children to Arthur Robert Maxwell and Viola May Kissinger. Susan was 16 when the family moved to the Tri-Cities in August 1967. She worked at Columbia Industries. She enjoyed going to the Arc of Tri-City, Adult Day Services.

Preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Viola; brother, Rodney; sister, Helen; and a great-nephew.

Susan is survived by Bob Maxwell and Kathy Hathaway, nephew Jasco, Rosemary and great-nephew Dominick all of Kennewick; and brother Danna. Susan's family would like to thank Hospice, Wayne and Lana Hansen, The Arc of Tri-City and staff, the caregivers and friends and a very special person, Phronsie Carr.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Arc of Tri-City, Hospice, Adult Day Service.

A celebration of life will be November 7, 2009, at Southside United Protestant Church, 517 Jadwin at 1:00 p.m.
