Willie Mae Ferenczy 85, of Allentown, passed away on Monday May 18, 2015 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital Salisbury Twp. Willie Mae was the wife of the late William Ferenczy, the late Luke Christman, and the late Ernest Duraso. Born in Cypress, Lousiana, she was a daughter of the late Andy S. and Willie (Dillon) Braselton.
Willie Mae and her husband Luke were the owners of Luke's Mid-City restaurant in Bethlehem for many years. Additionally she worked as a cashier for the Lehigh Valley Airport Parking Authority for 20 years until her retirement.
Survivors: Surviving are her sons Wayne Duraso and wife Barbara, and Michael Duraso both of Allentown. Step son George Christman and wife Marion in Florida. Daughters; Reba Kocher of Wescosville, Jackie wife of Michael Demko of Northampton, and Ramona Schuster of Allentown. Willie Mae has 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Nedra Whitworth, and her brother Steven Braselton.
Services: Services will be on Friday May 22, 2015 at 11:00 am in the O'Donnell Funeral Home, 908 Hanover Ave. Allentown. Calling hours will be from 9:30-11:00 am.
