Served in the Army from 1953-1955.
Jerry passed away peacefully with family and friends around.
He was an avid genealogist and had researched his ancestors for 30+ years and has info on 30,000+ relatives. He very generously shared his research with any one who was researching any of those 30K kin. His expertise and friendship will be sorely missed by the genealogy community worldwide. One of Gerald's other passions was the beautiful Savannah Ogeechee Canal.
