Brian Charles Rose, 45 of Weston, MO passed away Monday, May 18, 2015 in Cleveland, Ohio. A visitation will be held at the Northland Christian School—4214 NW Cookingham Dr.—K.C., MO, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 21; immediately followed by a 7:00 p.m. memorial service, at the school. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be given to: Kingdom Education Fund c/o Bank of Weston, for Brian’s children. Interment with military honors will take place in the Mount Bethel Cemetery, Weston, MO, at a later date. Brian was born October 15, 1969 in Kansas City, MO. He lived most of his life in the greater Kansas City area, and has considered Weston his home for the last several years. Brian served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy, during the Persian Gulf War. He married Reynda on July 5, 1997 in Kansas City, MO. Brian spent his working life as a mechanic and salesperson for United Rentals. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and served as vice president of the school board for the Northland Christian School. Brian was an outdoorsman, who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his children; and had the ability to talk to just about anyone about almost anything, and had his own sense of humor. He was preceded in death by: his father; 1 son Joshua Rose; and 1 brother Johnny Rose. Brian is survived by: his mother Wanda Dixon of K.C., MO; his wife Reynda of the home; his son Caleb; and daughters Cameron, Mallory, Allison, and Jane Rose, all of the home; his brothers Mike (Angie) Rose of Shawnee, KS and Nathan (Rachel) Rose of Liberty, MO; his sisters Debbie (Dennis) Weaver of Belton, MO and Dione (Louie) Sohn of Stillwell, KS; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
