She was a lifelong resident of Dickson County and was the daughter of Vincent Neal Bellar and the late Roberta Johnson Bellar. Vicky was a kind, sweet spirited lady who loved her family...Vicky considered all her friends as family. She loved life and loved making lives of those around her better. Her life wasn't about drama or fashion....what you saw was what you got. There was pride in her home, her business, and all that she did. Vicky loved Yellow Creek Community, the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains and all of the earths beauty that God has to offer her. Cooking was a love she shared with all of the people around her...she loved to cook and feed.... Vicky had a passion to work...beginning in the earlier years with Schrader's Automotive, then H.I.S. and then Osh-Kosh and later with Aqua Glass. In 2007 she and her husband, Randy estabished the Family BBQ on Yellow Creek and continues to operate this well liked barbeque place.
