He was born March 12, 1933, in Mannington, to Johnny and Lena Nixon Berry. He was a U.S. Army veteran and truck driver.
He is survived by three daughters, Cindy Wright of Wellington, and Annette Thompson and Kathy Goin, both of Portage, Ind.; one sister, Tootsie McNeely of Crofton, Ky.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at McIntosh Cemetery. Burial will be in McIntosh Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Monday at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville, Ky.
