Valentine Sendelbach

WAUMANDEE, Wis. (Special) - Valentine Sendelbach, 90, a Waumandee area farmer, died Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at a West Salem hospital where he had been a patient two weeks.

He was born March 4, 1871, near Waumandee, a son of Michael and Rosanna Sendelbach.

His wife, the former Elizabeth Hesch, whom he married Feb. I, 1904, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Waumandee, died Feb. 14 of this year.

He was a member of St. Boniface and its Holy Name Society.

Survivors are: One stepson, George, Independence; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Three sisters and six brothers have died.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Boniface, the Rev. Emil Hodnick officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call from 7-10 p.m. today at Wiemer-Killian Funeral Home, Arcadia. The Rosary will be said at 8 and 8:30 by Father Hodnick.

Pallbearers will be: Rudy Hesch, Francis Weaver, Lloyd and William Sendelbach, Aloisy Pronschinske and Francis Shank.
