Transferred to Company Band Jun 18, 1861. Theodore's occupation; Clerk and Superintendent of the Water Works of Fairfield. He was a Republican and a member of Clinton Lodge No 15, A.F. and A.M. and the George Strong Post 19, G.A.R.
