Barbara Muldoon, 73, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully March 16th, 2010. Barbara was born October 19th, 1936, in St. Joe’s, North Dakota, to John and Elizabeth Berger. Barbara enjoyed her years of service with the phone company and as an Avon representative, but her true passion was her devotion to her family.
She and her family truly appreciate the extraordinary care given to Barbara by the staff at the Kidney Center and the VA at Retsil.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Elizabeth Berger and by her siblings.
She is survived by her husband John Muldoon, her five children: Lisa Leggett and her husband Larry Leggett, Sean Muldoon and his wife Michelle Muldoon, Kelli Dion and her husband Tom Dion, Erin Muldoon, and Tina Fitzpatrick and her husband Sean Fitzpatrick. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Marissa Dion, Steven Dion, Christina Thompson, Ashley Muldoon, Dylan Thompson, Jessica Muldoon, Tasha Fitzpatrick, and Zackery Fitzpatrick.
Services will be held Friday March 19th at 12:30 in the afternoon at St. Gabriel’s Church in Port Orchard, WA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Olympic Peninsula Kidney Center.
