Mr. Bennett, born July 13, 1908, in Anderson, Missouri, was a retired Farmer-Rancher.
Survivors include: his wife, Mrs. Beulah Bennett of the home; three sons, Edward Bennett, Florence, Oregon, Thomas Bennett, Tulsa, and Freeman Bennett, Beggs; one daughter, Evelyn Petree, Stilwell; three brothers, Raymond Bennett, Thornton, California, Orville Bennett, Lodi, California, and Vernon Bennett, Sacramento, California, two sisters, Mary Brashear and Iona Neff, both of Lodi; eleven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday in the Roberts Funeral Chapel with Brother Bobby Cochran officiating. Interment will be in the Caney Cemetery in Cherokee County.
