ALBERT (Rohr), Betty J. Age 90 of Brookville, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015. She retired from Vandalia Butler City Schools and from the K-Mart Corporation. Betty was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church where she was involved with the Seniors Group. She also enjoyed crocheting. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Herb and Bonnie Albert of IN, daughter: Peggy Soter of Brookville, 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, sisters -in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Harry Albert, parents: Frank and Viola (Dyke) Rohr, brothers: Don, Jerry and James Rohr, son-in-law: William "Bill" Soter, grandchildren: Candace and Brad Ayles. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Precious Blood Catholic Church (4961 Salem Ave.) with Fr. Tim Knepper, C.P.P.S as celebrant. Interment will follow the Mass at Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood). If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
