Margaret Bolton was a very beautiful woman with very distinct Native American characteristics.
She met her husband William Padgett at age 17 and they created a large family.Her main task in life was to help raise her large family and tend to large fields so she could feed them. When her children were of working age they all helped her in the fields.
Her heritage is English and Scottish. The name Bolton is an English name. Her father took part in the civil War, later migrating from NC to FL.
