Funeral Services for Melba Ruth Robinson, age 64 of Cullman, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Bethsadia Cemetery, with Bro. Steve Rodgers officiating.
Melba was born on May 3, 1951 to the late J.D. Twilley & Almo Brown Twilley, she passed away at CRMC on Saturday, May 16, 2015.
Mrs. Robinson had worked over 30 years as a CNA for several area home health agencies, a very active member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church; and reported by the family as the official “ Best Cook in the World”
She is preceded in death by her parents, 4 – siblings – Annie-Carol; Ronald; Randy & Janet; and one grandson – Milze.
Melba is survived by her Husband – Athel Robinson; 2 – Daughters – Kristen (Greg) Bryant & Annette (Danny) Mays; 2 – Sons – Brian (Trasundra) Marks & Heath (Regina) Marks; 5 – Sisters – Patty, Dean, Annette, Julie & Melanie; Brother – Casey; Grandchildren – Clarke, Brooke, Lexi, Zoe, Tala, Montana, Lawson and extra foster kids; and a Host of Nieces, Nephews & Other Family.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, May 18, 2015 from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
