Jamie Kendell James, age 25, passed away unexpectedly. Jamie was well known for his smile , his sense of humor, and his keen sense of fashion. Jamie enjoyed river rafting, zip lining, dancing and animals. Jamie is survived by his mother Marian Denise James, his sisters Daphne ( Bob ) Howard,, Johnee, Denise, Denae ( Jasper ) Cladoosby, Sunsearae and Sharayah Lane, Lena and Frankie Buck . Jamie is preceded in death by his father Dale Arthur James, his paternal grandparents Joe and Velma James, and his maternal grandparents Leoanard and Marian Jefferson. There was a memorial service on Friday May 15th held at Wexliem Community Building at 6:30pm. The funeral service will be held Saturday may 16th at 10:00am at Wexliem followed by burial at Lummi Nation Cemetery.
