Viola Wojnar, 81, of Lodi, passed away on October 31, 2003 in Lodi. She was born March 28, 1922 in Gardner, Colorado. Mrs. Wojnar married Thadeusz on October 16, 1943 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They came to Lodi in September of 1953. Prior to this they lived in Lowell, Massachusetts after leaving Colorado. She was well known for her great love for her family, particularly her grandchildren. She also played bingo for many years, enjoying the companionship of fellow players. She is survived by her husband, Thadeusz of Lodi; son, Ted K. Wojnar of Lodi, daughter, Cynthia Sutherland of Sutter; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert Allison of Vernon, Connecticut, James Allison of Colorado Springs. She was preceded in death by sisters, Bernice Hendrix, Faustina Bartholomew and Margret Burch.
