Lesley Lynn Thompson, formerly of Texas, died Monday, Jan. 24, 2005, at the Woodlawn Nursing Home after a brief illness.


He was born Aug. 19, 1945, in Mansfield, OH., son of Eldon and Alice (Stofer) Thompson. He graduated from Madison Senior High School. Mr. Thompson worked for Continental Airlines in Texas, retiring in 2003 after 30 years of service.


Mr. Thompson serviced honorably in the United States Air Force from 1965-69, serving in Crete and the Philippines.


He was preceded in death by his father, Eldon Thompson, and his aunt, Reba Thompson.


He is survived by his mother, Alice (Stofer) Thompson; a brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Donna Thompson; a cousin; two nieces; two nephews; special friends.


Funeral services will be thursday at Finefrock-Williams Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will be held at Mansfield Memorial Park.
