Ariana Agnes Poythress Bass was the daughter of Joseph Bass (1759-1844), by his second wife, Jane Manlove (1772-1852).
Agnes P. Bass (born 1803) married Henry Bourdon, son of Doctor Nicholas Joseph Bourdon and his second wife, Jane Halcott Dennis. They made their home at French Green in Dinwiddie County, Virginia the house built by Doctor Nicholas Joseph Bourdon, who was a native of France. Thomas Castleman Bourdon, a son of Henry Bourdon and Agnes P. Bass, inherited French Green and made his home there.

Gravesite Details
The cemetery is located on private property, near a private residence. A survey of the cemetery was undertaken on 7 Aug 1937 by Bettie B. Powell. It was described as being "not well kept" and the grave of Henry Bourdon was included in the survey.
