Survived by Evelyn and her husband Thomas Nowell, three grandchildren Tom Nowell, Barbara Paull, & Jennifer Parker, and 11 great-grandchildren.
He also leaves one brother, Arthur, of Astoria, Oregon as well as three sisters-in-law and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
