Glenn A. Valentine, Valentine Shores, Route 7, Kemp, died in a Terrell hospital on March, 1 after a long illness. He Was born August 11, 1908 in Texas, the son of Jasper and Mrs. Aseneth Valentine and attended the Kaufman County public schools. He was married to Dorothy Saltzman in Carson City, Nevada on November 22, 1964. He has been in automobile, sales and dealership and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. He was also a member of the BPOE Elks Lodge No 804 at Fort Collins, Colorado for more that fifty years. He had been a resident of the lake area since 1967. Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 4 with Rev. Roy Taylor officiating and interment in the Baker Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Anderson-Clayton Bros. Funeral Home of Kemp. Survivors include his widow Dorothy, Valentine Shores: a son. Dewain Valentine, Venus, California; and a sister, Mrs. Emma Pritchett of Kemp; grandsons Nelson and Sean Valentine of Venus, Christopher Valentine of Dallas; and two great
grandchildren, Justin and Morgan Valentine of Dallas
