Stricken Suddenly by Unknown Ailment Yesterday Noon.
Harry Wardin, 32, Topeka jeweler, died suddenly at his home, 1131 Western avenue, about midnight last night. He was stricken about noon yesterday and shortly afterwards lapsed into unconsciousness. Physicians were unable to determine the cause of his ailment.
Mr. Wardin was in the jewelry business with his father, C. H. Wardin, and his brother, Lloyd Wardin, at 727 Kansas avenue. The Wardin jewelry store has been one of the leading jewelry stores in Topeka for years.
He is survived by his widow and two children, Mary and Charles Wardin. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
