Author. A member of the French Symbolist school. Born Paul Duval in Fécamp, Seine-Maritime, he is best remembered for his books "Monsieur de Phocas," "Sensations et Souvenirs," "Monsieur de Bougrelon," "Histories de Masques" and "Le Sang des Dieux." He died in Paris.
