Glenn Dale Duncan, age 73 of Bradford died Saturday, May 9, 2015 in Searcy. He was born September 17, 1941 in Bradford to Joseph Calvin Duncan and Vera Marie Inman Duncan. He is a Vietnam War veteran of the US Army and a Purple Heart recipient. He worked for many years as a supervisor at General Industries and was of the Baptist faith. He was also a member of the American Legion of Bradford and the D.A.V. of Searcy. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Vada Long Duncan of Bradford; two brothers, Bobby Duncan and wife Jean of Bald Knob, Dwight Duncan and wife Linda of Bradford; one sister, JoAnn Long and husband J. R. of Bradford; four nephews, Tim Duncan, Jason Duncan, Shane Duncan, Mark Biram; five nieces, Carol Anderson, Brandi Jefford, Veronica Armstrong, Amanda Duncan, Dawn Marie Moody; nine great-nephews, Hunter Duncan Biram, Gil Mitchum, Bryson Hamilton, Sam Duncan, Nick Beard, Mason Armstrong, Darius Rashard Berry, Mekhi Trent Taylor, Kent Moody; ten great-nieces, Andrea Duncan, Haylee Duncan, Hunter Moody Smith, Sarah Morgan Mitchum, Ashley Friert, Mackenzie Jefford, Gabrielle "Gabby" Jefford, Madelyn "Maddy" Jefford, Noel Armstrong, Abbigail Armstrong; one great-great-niece, Jamie Smith; and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Vera Duncan and one niece Deshaun Beard.
