John J. Funda of 320 W. Pleasant Ave died Nov. 6th at Saranac Lake. He was a veteran of the World War, having served in France with the 59th Coast Artillery. Mr. Funda was the son of the late John and Catherine Gallagher Funda. He is survived by five sisters, Mrs. Joseph Sharkey, Mrs. Homer Post, and Miss Urania Funda of this city, and Mrs. M. E. Spenger and Miss Helen Funda of Brooklyn. Funeral services were at St. Anthony of Padua Church.
