On June 4, 1900, Tillie and an older sister, Amanda, were residents of the Chicago Home for the Friendless. From Cook County records, they had a brother, John A. Freelander, born 22 Mar 1888.
Tillie married Henry Fredrickson on 19 Jun 1909 in Chicago. They had at least these children: Leo (1910 - 1940), Charles J. (1912 - 1913), Charles (1914 - 1915), Winifred (b. 6 Oct 1916; not on 1920 census; no death record found), Dorothy Marjorie (b. 6 Oct 1917), Inez Schoenfeldt (b. 10 Mar 1919; d. 2 Nov 1966), and Harold Henry (b. 31 Aug 1922).
Tillie married Arthur A. Beckmann on 28 Aug 1931 in Cook County IL, although they're listed in the same household on the 1930 census and her children are listed with the last name Beckmann instead of Fredrickson.
Tillie and Henry Fredrickson apparently divorced sometime after 1920 because Henry didn't pass away until 1939.
