"John H. Jasmer, 62, 169 Harvester avenue, died suddenly at 4:30 p. m. Monday at his home of a heart attack. Mr. Jasmer was born in Winona August 20,1878, and had resided here all his life, being formerly employed as a machinist at the Chicago & North Western Railway shops. He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Albert Ross, Winona; four grandchildren; four brothers, Charles, Winona; Paul and Frank, Tacoma, Wash., and Julius, La Center, Wash., and five sisters, the Misses Helen, Ernestine and Emma Jasmer and Mrs. William Moore, Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Frank Zieman, Milwaukee Wis. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p. m. at St. Matthew's Lutheran church, the Rev. A. L. Mennicke officiating. Preliminary services will be conducted at the home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery."
