Georgia Huskey, 86, Newport, was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a faithful member of New Home Freewill Baptist Church as her health permitted. She taught a youth Sunday School class for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Sarah Samples, sisters, Charity Ballard, Sally Henry, Grace French, Ruby Henry, Nannie Bea Calfee, and Gloria Samples; brothers, Burl and Charlie Samples.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Garland Huskey. daughter, Nancy Southerland, sons Dale, Jerry and Scott Huskey, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
