Edgar A. Dunn, 76, of Paris, died Thursday, Dec. 31, 1998, in St. Joseph's Hospital and Health Center.
He was born Oct. 10, 1922 in Woodland, a son of Ernest Edgar and Martha Beatrice Spencer Dunn. He was a truck driver and in timber conservation.
He married Ruth Dancer in Paris, May 26, 1945. She survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Catherine Arnold of Paris; two sons, James Dunn and Earnest DeWayne Dunn of Paris; a brother, James Lee Dunn of Paris; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4, in Georgia Cemetery, with the Rev. Bill Draper officiating. The family will receive friends frim 4-5 p.m. Sunday at the Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.
