PENDLETON — Janice I. Low, 68, of Pendleton, passed away on May 9, 2015, at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.

She was born on Sept.18, 1946, in Anderson, and resided most of her life in Pendleton.

Janice graduated from Anderson High School class of 1964.

She retired from Guide Lamp in 1999 after 23 years of service.

She was a member of the UAW Local 663 and St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church. She loved to spend time with her family and close friends. She enjoyed family dinners and reunions where she would share stories and play games. Family was very important to her.

Janice is survived by her loving daughters, Melissa (Haney) Day, of Greenfield, and Donna (Haney) Richards, and husband, Shane, of Pendleton; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; former husband, Fred Haney; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Doris (Secrest) Haggard; husband, Marlin Low; and sister, Shirley Simpson. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2015, 4 to 8 p.m. at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson, Indiana.

Services will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at the funeral home.

Burial will take place in the Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to either the Alzheimer Association or the American Heart Association.
