Henrico Co. court, Sept. 4, 1832. Certified that Captain Garland Burnley, an officer of the Va. line in the Rev. war died testate in the county of Orange about the year 1790, leaving a widow, Frances Burnley, and three children who were his only heirs at law, namely, Sarah G. S. Burnley, Judith Burnley, and Lucy B. Burnley.
