Funeral services for Gerald Raymond Wiggins will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, May 11, 2015 at Grangerland Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Dry Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be at Cashner Funeral Home Sunday, May 10, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Mr. Wiggins was born on November 15, 1930 in Conroe TX, and died at his home on May 6, 2015.

Gerald owned his own construction company for many years in the Conroe area. He also had several passions in life with the most important being his family. He was dedicated to wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Another passion was his lake that he built on his property in the 1950's and maintained on a daily basis until the end. He also said this was one of his favorite accomplishments by having a lake for his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to fish in at any time.

Gerald was preceded in death by his Sister; Lucy "Bay" Tinlin, Brothers; John Henry "Sonny Boy" Wiggins, James F. Wiggins, Joe "P'Nut" Wiggins, Joe Windle Wiggins and Benjamin Wayne Wiggins.

He is survived by his loving Wife of 51 years, Wilma Lewis Wiggins, Sister; Ruthie "Dimp" Hughes, Son; Mike Wiggins and wife Evelyn, Daughter; Sandra Thacker and husband Douglas, Grandchildren; Doug Thacker, Justin Thacker and wife Tricia, Michael Wiggins and wife Shannon, and Taylor Barnick and husband Jacob, Great Grandchildren; Cole and Emily Thacker and mother, Melisa, Phoebe Thacker, Cash Thacker, Kylie Wiggins, Cotton Wiggins, Madilyn Huff and Lucy Barnick. Mr. Wiggins was a member of First Baptist Church of Grangerland.
