Marvin was born Jan. 26, 1936, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Lloyd and Varna (Warner) Webb.
Marvin was a 1955 graduate of Carey High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army who proudly served his country and was stationed in Germany as a radio operator. He worked for a number of years at the Concrete Masonry Corp. in Elyria and retired from Securitas as a security officer.
Marvin attended Edison Memorial United Methodist Church. In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking, reading, working on crossword puzzles and spending time with his family.
Marvin is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marian (Doerner) Webb; sons, Randy (Debbie) of Maryland, Keith (Jodi) of Michigan and Jeff (Krystle) Webb of Bellevue; grandchildren, Christian, Taylor, Nick, James, Johnathan, Garrett, Alex, Kody and Brooke; great-granddaughter, Paisley; brother, Jerry (Linda) Webb of Dayton; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In addition to his parents, Marvin was preceded in death by his brothers, Harmon, Daryl and Donald Webb.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, until the time of his memorial service at 11 a.m. at Edison Memorial United Methodist Church, 10 E. Church St., Milan, with the Rev. Dr. Dale Thomas presiding. Burial will be held at a later date in Milan Cemetery, Milan.
