FTM1 Wayne A. Kennedy, Sr., U.S. Navy, Ret., age 81, of Biloxi, passed away on May 8, 2015.

He was preceded in death by his parents, B.A. and Bertha Kennedy, and 4 brothers, R.M. Kennedy, Woodrow Kennedy, Richard Kennedy, and Thomas Kennedy.

He is survived by his wife, Jean Kennedy, 2 children, Wayne Kennedy, Jr. and Theresa (Danny) West, 3 siblings, James Kennedy, Grace Hogan, and Bennie Ross, 3 Granddaughters, Angela West, Heather (Dave) Cooper, Morgan Kennedy, 1 Grandson, Tyler Kennedy, and 1 Great-Granddaughter, Harley Kizer.

Mr. Kennedy was a native of Magee, MS and was retired as a missile technician from the U.S. Navy.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, from 9 – 10 am at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi.

The funeral service will be at 10 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery.
