John Trumbull, aged 52 years, youngest son of the late George A. Trumbull, for whom Trumbull street and Trumbull square were named, died at the home of his sister, Miss Susan Trumbull, at 40 Pleasant street, yesterday. He possed an ample fortune, and lived a quiet life, respeced by a large circle of acquaintances and frinds. He was unmarried.

The funeral of John Trumbull took place yesterday at the Church of the Unity.... The burial was at Rural Cemetery.
