Janet Louise Cain, age 76, of Troy, Ohio died Monday, April 12, 2010 at the Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, Ohio.
She was born July 31, 1933 in Troy, Ohio to the late Arthur and Elsie Wolfe Grigsby.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Joyce is Lefty Cain; son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Pam Cain of Troy, Ohio; daughters, Suzanne Haneline of Troy, Ohio and Barbara Eastman of Urbana, Ohio; brothers, Ralph Grigsby of Tipp City, Ohio and Bob Grigsby of Troy, Ohio; sister, Doris Compton of Troy, Ohio; special niece, Pam Fogt of Troy, Ohio; grandchildren: Ronda Walker, Anthony Cain, Julie LaCrosse, Heather Graham, Sydney Hull, Amy Laine, and Matt Haneline; and eleven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her brothers, Art Grigsby and Paul Grigsby; sisters, Beverly Webb and Barbara Grigsby; sons-in-law, Drew Haneline and Randy Eastman. Janet was a member of the AmVets. She was retired from Dinner Bell Foods in Troy, Ohio.
Funeral service will be held 10:30AM Friday, April 16, 2010 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio with Pastor Shannon DeHart officiating.
Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Vandalia, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
