Timothy Brett Crowell of Independence, MO, passed away Sept. 21, 2004.

Timothy lived in Independence for most of his life. He was a devout husband, father, grandfather, friend of many.

He was a teacher in the Aaronic Priesthood in the Community of Christ Church.

At his time of death he was 52 years old.

After high school, Tim served in Vietnam.

Before and after that time, for several years he worked for the church as a dairyman. He then changed his profession to become a painter. He was a painter for the church for years and also for various other companies including his own.

The most important thing in his life was his church and his belief in God.

He was preceded in death by a son, Jonah Crowell.

His survivors include his wife, Peggy Crowell; daughters, Telana Sue Crowell and Tara Crowell; sons, Joel Crowell and Josiah Crowell; his mother, Laura Gibson; one grandson; two sisters, Pamela J. Powers and Sandra R. Welcher; and a brother, Regan W. Crowell.

Graveside services Saturday at Greenton Cemetery, Odessa, MO. A memorial service will be held Saturday at Parkview Community of Christ Church, Blue Springs.

Arrangements are under the direction of Mount Washington Forever Funeral Home, Independence.
