Raymond L. Landes, 65, of Findlay passed away May 6, 2015 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. He was born in Peru, IN May 9, 1949 to the late Lewis W. and Betty J. Landes. On April 3, 1980 he married Linda Corrigan and she survives. He is also survived by his son, Gregory Landes and daughter Stephanie (Jerry) Burris, sister Sandra (Robert) Ellsworth, mother-in-law Charlotte Corrigan, niece Wendy (Phillip) Tersigni, great-niece Katelyn and aunt Mary Landes. Ray graduated with an Engineering Degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He worked at Guardian Industries retiring in 2005 as the V.P. of Engineering. In 1992, Ray received the distinction of Guardian Industries Employee of the Year. After retirement, he opened a restaurant, Fins Seafood & Grille in Findlay. He was a member of Findlay Country Club and Mohawk Country Club in Tiffin. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 11, 2015 from 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME. A private graveside service will be held at later date in Maple Grove Cemetery.
