1925 - 2004 Sallie Clark age 79 of Laurel Drive in Berea, passed away Sunday May 2, 2004 at St. Joseph East in Lexington.
Sallie was born in Jackson County, Kentucky to the late William and Jalie Martin Seaborn. She was retired from Dresser Industries and a member of the Glades Christian Church.
She is survived by her daughters Judy Hasty of Eubank and Helen Diaz of Berea; one sister Estelle Ray of Richmond; one brother Tony Seaborn of Xenia, OH; 6 grandchildren William Clark, Charles Hasty, Londa Combs, Angela Clark, James Hasty and Erica Hatfield; 6 great grandchildren Joshua Clark, Billy Ray Hasty, Tyler Hasty, Samantha Hasty, Tanner Combs and Kealan Hatfield; and 4 step grandchildren Shane Edwards, Adria Mefford, August Cook and Haley Hatfield.
In addition to her parents, Sallie was also preceded in death by one son Lonnie Clark; two sisters Susie Purvis and Bonnie Adams and one brother Tal Seaborn.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2004 at Lakes Funeral Home in Berea with Rev. Rick Fulton officiating. Burial will follow in the Hellard-Seaborn Cemetery in Sand Gap. Visitation will be Tuesday evening after 6:00 p.m. at Lakes Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers will be Charles Hasty, James Hasty, Colin Hatfield, William Clark, Mike Combs, Shane Edwards, Tyler Hasty and Billy Hasty
