Graveside service for Mr. Ted E. Thompson will be held at 11 AM Friday, May 8, 2015 at Thompson Family Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Pilgrim officiating. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge. Mr. Thompson, 70, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Neshoba County General Hospital. He lived all of his life in Edinburg where he was a retired logger. He was an avid hunter & fisherman. Mr. Thompson was a member of White Oak Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Thompson & Ava Thompson. Survivors are sons, Jeff Thompson (Jammie) of Phila, MS, Joe Thompson (Hope) of Canton, MS & Jamie Thompson (Kim) of Phila, MS; sisters, Nita Heath of Edinburg, Janie Dent of Edinburg, Tricia Thompson of Edinburg, Donna Rawson of Carthage & Connie Pieters of Edinburg;brothers, Stanley Thompson of Edinburg & Cooper Thompson of Edinburg; (6) grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. Pallbearers are Joey Thompson, Jamie Thompson, Jeff Thompson, Josh Thompson, Coby Thompson, Bob Pieters, Todd Heath & Dusty Thompson.
