MADISON _ Billy E. ``Buffalo Bill'' Hilton, 67, died Saturday at King's Daughters' Hospital. He was a native of Mackville, Ky., a retired loader operator for Nugent Sand and Gravel Co. in Carrollton, Ky., an Army veteran and a member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 181, in Henderson, Ky. Survivors: his wife, the former Patricia Ann Colber; a son, Mark Hilton; a daughter, Pamela Bentz; sisters Corene Butler, Mildred Hays and Juanita Stratton; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. Funeral: 1 p.m. Wednesday, Vail-Holt. Burial: Dupont Cemetery. Visitation: 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 11 a.m. Wednesday. Memorial gifts: C.A.M.P. at M.C.R. c/o the Rev.
