Frances Evans Courtney Married (1st) Sewall Osgood in Richmond 1805 and had five daughters. Her youngest daughter, Mary, is buried in Shockoe Hill Cemetery. Frances married Richard E. Armstrong of Richmond in 1828, but they had no children. Frances was the daughter of Rev. Thomas Courtney of King William and Susan Evans.
