Memorial services for Cleve J. Fredricksen, 74, the former chairman of AMP Inc. who died Saturday, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Camp Hill Presbyterian Church.

Private entombment will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.

Visitation will be from 11: 30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday in the church study.

Fredricksen, of 3620 Logan Court, Camp Hill, and also of Marco Island, Fla., died Saturday in Naples Community Hospital, Naples, Fla.

He established the Fredricksen Foundation, a private foundation to support health care, human services and educational institutions in Harrisburg and the Marco, Fla., area.

He served as a vice president of the Polyclinic Medical Center board of directors and was a former board member of Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Co. and Harsco Inc. He was a member of Camp Hill Presbyterian Church; the West Shore Country Club; Coral Beach and Tennis Club, Paget, Bermuda; and Island Country Club, Marco Island.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Jane.
