Walter Andrew Craddock was born on April 24, 1893 in Tennessee, the son of William Adkisson Craddock (1864–1934) and Letitia (Taylor) Craddock (1867–1927).
He was married to Lillie Bell King (1896-1995).
An electrician living at 1701 10th Avenue North, Nashville, Walter was 48 years old and married when he died - of Korsakoff's psychosis due to chronic alcoholism - on September 12, 1941 at Nashville General Hospital. Burial was three days later in Spring Hill Cemetery, Nashville.
