Ex-City Man Dies
Melyin Bigness, Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Watertown and Syracuse, died Wednesday night in Jacksonville. Burial will be in Florida.
Surviving are his wife, Eileen; a daughter, Catherine; a son, Lou; three brothers, Howard and William, Syracuse, Donald, Calif; three sisters, Mrs. Jack (Delores) Burt, Mrs. Joseph (Kathleen) Gignac and Mrs. Monty (Margaret) Monterville, all of Calif.
Born in Watertown, a son, of John, and Alice Wylde Bigness, he attended school here and in Syracuse and was in the Marine corps for years. At the time of his death, he was operating a television repair business.
