Tammy Sue Powers, 8, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. D. (Dewwy) Powers, 5208 Hursh Road, died at 11:25 yesterday at Parkview Memorial Hospital following an exttended illness. She had been a hopital patient for a week.
She was a native of Fort Wayne and was a third grade pupil at Huntertown School. She was a member of the Robinson Chapel Church.
Surviving are a brother, Brad Jay; a sister, Cindy Ann, both at home; her paternal grandfather, Wayne J. Powers, Clearwater, Fla., and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry E. Romick, Grabill.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home, Rev. Charles M. Hill officiating. Burial will be in Leo Cemetery.
