Fayetteville, Tenn. Nell Rutledge Porter Sadler, 86, died Wednesday at her home. The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with the Revs. Allan Howard and Keith Cornelius officiating. Burial will be in State Line Cemetery.
Mrs. Sadler was a homemaker and member of First Nazarene Church.
Survivors include five daughters, Thelma Carter of Fayetteville, Shirley Albert of Lewisburg, Tenn., Margaret McGowan of Madison, Barbara Longo of Huntsville and Mary West of Chattanooga; two sons, Rex Porter of Mesa, Ariz., and the Rev. John Porter of Bennettsville, S.C.; one stepson, Larry Sadler of Montgomery; two sisters, Doris Hartman of Blacksburg, Va., and Sue Blaylock of Murfreesboro; two brothers, Aaron Rutledge, Jr. of Fayetteville and Robert Earl Rutledge of Greenville, Ky.; and 18 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
